We are thrilled to announce that we were selected to receive funding from the “Outdoor Access for All” initiative from California’s State Parks!
At our first All Aboard for Nature program outing, we brought youth from South Gate to White Point Beach in San Pedro, where we visited the White Point Nature Center and Preserve and checked out some tidepools where students were able to identify different organisms. This trip was even spotlighted by Acceso Total Show on Telemundo; our Executive Director, Belen, and Community Ambassador, Lidia, were interviewed about Nature for All’s work and the importance of having access to nature for mental and physical health.
